Ex Hale Wallpiece is a sculpture that mimics the shape of a monumental cushion.

Based on the Ex Hale table, it shares the cushion shape resulting from the ingenious technique that Ben Storms first developed for his In Vein and In Hale tables. Milled from a single block of natural stone, the Ex Hale Wallpiece plays with our common notions of materiality: the hard stone looks soft instead, an impression that is further enhanced by the delicate surface treatment.

Edition of 8 + 2 A.P. Variations (in size or type of marble) can be custom made.
